The Desktop version of our site is designed to be viewed at a resolution of 1920 pixels wide. Removing the space for the sidebar scroll bar leaves approximately 1900 pixels. This image shows the width of the site (1,900 pixels), the width of the central container (1,200 pixels), and the space occupied by the image (600 pixels). The page structure has a central body of 1,200 pixels and the image positioned on the right side occupies 50% of the entire section, equal to 600 pixels.
In this specific case, the image inserted in the “SEO Services” page was saved in .SVG format and weighs 34Kb. When to use SVG format? The .SVG format being a vector file, has no fax database dimensions in width or height, because it can adapt to the space that contains it. If you need to upload plans, tables, logos and you can transform them into vectors, we recommend that you always use the .svg file type. The size of the image depends, of course, on the layout of your site. If a page contains several images I recommend you optimize them as much as possible.
If you need to view the image at a larger size you can activate the Open larger image on click option. Respecting the maximum size of an image in relation to its container is an extremely important factor. If you decide to do advanced SEO optimization of your site, I recommend installing the free Google Search Console (external link) which notifies you of all optimization problems. You may receive an email containing a message like the one you see here on the side, relating to problems detected on our site. Well yes, the SEO positioning of a website is a long and demanding activity and requires a lot of time.
